STANDISH - Leah M. Perry, 84 of Standish Maine, passed away on October 20, 2024, at the
Gosnell Memorial Hospice House after a short battle with cancer. Her final moments were spent
with family by her side.
Heah was born to Dorothy and Robert Harrington on August 15, 1940, in Stockton Springs,
Maine. She married Franklin B. Perry Sr., October 11, 1957, and together, raised their four
children, Frank, Roxane, Lisa, and Melanie.
After losing Franklin to a courageous battle with cancer in 1998, Leah remarried Edward Jordan
of Cape Elizabeth and enjoyed many years together. Edward passed away in 2017 and Leah
moved back to Standish to be closer to family.
Leah is predeceased by her mother, Dorothy Melvin; her father, Robert Harrington Sr.; her
husband, Franklin Perry; and her second husband Edward Jordan .
She leaves behind four surviving children. Only son, Frank Jr. and his wife, Cheri; and three
daughters, Roxane Perry, Lisa Toolin and Tom, and Melanie Perry.
She is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
A private service will be held to honor her memory with immediate family only. A special thank
you to the staff at Maine Medical Center and Gosnell Memorial Hospice House for taking such
