Kristen K. Watson of Andover, passed away on October 23, 2024, at the age of 38 in Boston, MA. Born on May 17, 1986, Kristen was a beacon of love and positivity, known for her caring, loving, and cheerful personality.
Kristen graduated from Andover High School and furthered her education at The Salter School, where she trained in Medical Assisting. Her career in this field was marked by compassion and dedication, reflecting her innate desire to help and care for others.
Outside of her professional life, Kristen was passionate about traveling, particularly to Lake Winnipesaukee, the mountains of New Hampshire, and Florida. She found joy in the simple pleasures of the beach, the pool, and attending concerts. Music filled her life with happiness. Most of all, Kristen was a devoted mother and cherished every moment spent with her beloved son James, as well as her nephew Joseph and niece Meredith, creating lasting memories that they will hold dear.
Kristen is survived by a loving family: her beloved son, James Austin Watson; her parents, Jane M. (Plummer) Watson and Joseph "Buddy" Watson; her brother, Joseph Ryan Watson and his wife Christine W. Watson; her nephew, Joseph William Watson; her niece, Meredith Wright Watson; her half-brother Thomas E. Christopher; and her aunts and uncles, Joyce Watson, Julie Watson, Mike Reilly, Susan Watson, David Plummer, Maureen Plummer, Christine Anderson, and Mark Anderson, along with many cousins. She was preceded in death by her uncle James Plummer, uncle James Watson, aunt Nancy Ferrier, and cousins Andrew Ferrier and Austin Anderson.
A Funeral Mass to celebrate Kristen’s life will be held at St. Augustine's Church, 43 Essex Street, Andover on November 4th, 2024, at 10AM. Those who knew and loved her are welcome to attend to honor her memory and the light she brought into their lives.
