Obituary

RAYNHAM - Terri-Jean Parris, 51, of Raynham, formerly of Avon, died Monday, July 31, 2006, from injuries sustained in a car accident in Middleboro.

Born Jan. 10, 1955, in Brockton, she was the daughter of Jean (Bois) Parris of Bridgewater and the late Martin E. Parris Sr.

She was a graduate of Bridgewater-Raynham High School, Class of 1973.

Ms. Parris lived in Raynham for the past four years, coming from Avon.

She was a certified nurse’s aide at Life Care Center of West Bridgewater for the past 6 months, and was a former cashier at Midway Mobil for 12 years.

Ms. Parris loved her cats, and enjoyed gardening and spending time with her grandchildren.

In addition to her mother, she is survived by her children, Jon Eldridge of Taunton and Kristal Baker of West Bridgewater; her siblings, Martin Parris Jr. of Bridgewater, Mark Anderson of Raynham, and Glenn Anderson of Bridgewater; her Godfather, Lester Bois. Also survived by her grandchildren, Sean and Alexandrea Jean Eldridge and Amber Baker, and many nieces and nephews.

She was also sister to the late Wayne Parris; and granddaughter to the late Harry and Ethel Parris and Wilfred and Dora Bois.

Her funeral will be held from the Prophett Funeral Home, 98 Bedford St. (Rte. 18), Bridgewater, Friday at 8:15 am, followed by a funeral Mass at St. Thomas Aquinas Church at 9 am. Visiting hours are Thursday 4-8 pm. Burial will be private.
