Cherrie Ann Musselwhite, 80, of Brookfield, Georgia passed away Saturday, October 26, 2024, at her residence.
The family will receive visitors on Thursday, October 31, 2024, from 6:00 to 9:00 p.m. at Bowen Donaldson Home for Funerals, Tifton, GA. Services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Friday November 1, 2024, at Brookfield Baptist Church, Brookfield, GA with Pastor Steve Davis officiating. Burial will follow at Lawrence Cemetery in Tifton.
Cherrie was born on October 26, 1944, in Irwin Co. She is preceded in death by her husband, Jerry C Musselwhite of Brookfield, GA; parents, Charles W. Moore and Dorothy Lott Moore of Brookfield, GA; brothers, Carroll W. Moore of Conyers, GA, Ronnie Moore of Fort Walton Beach, FL, Donnie Moore of Loganville, GA, Arnold Moore of Macon, GA and Harold Raymond Moore of Fort Walton Beach, FL.
Cherrie is survived by one daughter, Debra Lynn Sellars of Tifton, GA, one son, John Allen Musselwhite of Orlando, FL; and one grandson, Bailey Thomas Sellars of Tifton, GA; nieces, Carmen Weesner of Niceville, FL, Kerri Moore of Birmingham, AL and Amy Moore of Atlanta, GA; nephews, Chuck Moore of Brunswick, GA, Kevin Moore of Shalimar, FL and Jeff Moore of Ashville, NC; many cousins and extended family.
Cherrie graduated from Tift County High School and attended Abraham Baldwin College in Tifton, GA. Cherrie started working in the propane gas business right out of high school and continued working for 40 years before retiring from Ferrellgas. She also worked for a number of years for Bold Corporation when she finally stopped working to enjoy her time at home with family, gal-pals and church.
