Betty Jean Lott Miller, 88, of Robbinsville, North Carolina passed away Wednesday, October 23, 2024, at her residence. Her funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, October 30, 2024, in the Chapel of Bowen-Donaldson Home for Funerals with the Rev. Joseph L. Crumley officiating, Ms. Miller will be laid to rest at Springhill Primitive Baptist Church Cemetery in Irwin County. The family will receive friends on Wednesday, October 30, 2024, at Bowen-Donaldson Home for Funerals from 10:00 a.m.until the hour of the service.
Adam Miller, Brian Vest, Jonah Collier, Micah Collier, Noah Collier, and Ian House will serve as pallbearers.
Born April 9, 1936, in Irwin County, Ms. Miller was the daughter of the late Timothy Lott and Bertha Buchanon Lott. She was also proceeded in death by one brother, Gary Lott; and one sister, Thelma Conner. She was a member of Dry Creek Baptist Church in Robbinsville, North Carolina; and she was a veteran of the United States Navy.
Ms. Miller is survived by one son and daughter-in-law, Benny Blair Jr. and Melissa Miller; two daughters and one son-in-law, Lynn Renee Miller and Lisa Cheryl and Jerry McNutt; one brother, Herchell Lott; three sisters, Mavis Harper, Patricia Lott Borum and Sonya Gail Lott Morrison; five grandchildren and their spouses, Scarlet Collier, Emily and Ryan Moore, Angela and Brandon House, Adam Miller and Brian Vest; ten great-grandchildren, Jonah Collier, Micah Collier, Noah Collier, Eli Moore, MaHailey Collier, Kayleyne Collier, Ian House, Carter Moore, Terrionna Betty Collier, and Keronna Collier; and five great-great grandchildren, Mayci Collier, Bella’ Rae Collier, Adaline Crisler-Collier, Deliah Collier and Knox Collier.
