Patricia A. Vieira, 63, of Plymouth, unexpectedly passed away on Monday, October 21, 2024 at home. She was the daughter of the late Frank Vieira, Jr. and the late Jeanne (Gauthier) Vieira.
Ms. Vieira was born in New Bedford and had resided in Plymouth for over 30 years. She was a graduate of Dartmouth High School Class of 1979 and a graduate of Southeastern Massachusetts University Class of 1983. She had worked for Marian Heath Greeting Cards, now Viabella Greeting Cards and currently was operations controller for Canteen in Norwood. She enjoyed attending state fairs and watching the horse pull shows. She was a member of and volunteered at the Holy Ghost Society of Horseneck, Dartmouth. Her life was dedicated to volunteer work. She loved spending time with her family especially her nieces and nephews.
Survivors include her 2 brothers: Eugene Vieira of Fairhaven and Michael Vieira and his companion Lynn Garcia of Dartmouth; nieces and nephews: Melissa Gray, her husband Andrew and their daughter Hannah, Jennifer Litaker and her husband Chip, Adam Sousa, Ashley Vieira and Alex Vieira; and her 2 best friends: Raymond Lake and Jackie Giusti.
She was the sister of the late Shirley Hogan and husband Michael, Lorraine Vieira and Joanne Sousa.
Memorial service to which relatives and friends are invited will be Monday, November 4, 2024 at the Potter Funeral Home at 11:30 A.M.
Memorial visitation will be November 4, 2024 from 10-11:30 A.M. prior to the service.
Interment in Maple Grove Cemetery, Westport.
