Bedford – Audrey (Dudka) Kieffer, died on October 19, 2024, at the age of 58 after a lengthy battle with Huntington’s Disease. She passed peacefully, surrounded by close family, the people she loved most.
She was born in Manchester, NH on October 28, 1965, to Daniel and Gabrielle (Chapdelaine) Dudka about 30 minutes before her twin brother Andrew, her closest friend and companion growing up in Bedford, NH. Audrey graduated from Manchester West High School in 1983 and earned a Bachelors Degree in Business from the University of New Hampshire.
Audrey worked as a bookkeeper for many years until deciding to focus on family and her health. She was 100% devoted to being a great Mom to her two children, Ryan and Greg. She taught them to be best friends and the kind, caring people they are today. She loved hiking, reading, roller blading, biking, visiting Cape Cod, and always working on several craft projects, giving many away to family and friends. Even as her health declined, she kept busy making beautiful quilts.
She married Andrew Kieffer, the boy next door, on September 24, 1988, and recently celebrated her 36th wedding anniversary.
Her family includes two children Ryan Kieffer of Tewksbury, MA, Greg Kieffer of Manchester NH, two brothers, Daniel Dudka of Nashua, NH, Andrew Dudka of Whitinsville, MA and brother-in-law Anthony Pawlak of Manchester, NH along with many cousins, nieces and nephews. She is predeceased by her parents Daniel and Gabrielle Dudka and sister Paula Pawlak.
Audrey passionately lived life to the fullest and never hesitated to help someone in need.
The Kieffer family would like to acknowledge Maria C. (Audrey’s caregiver). Thank you for treating Audrey as though she was your family member and providing countless hours of kind, compassionate service to Audrey’s needs.
