Obituary

Emily Ann Mullen (Fae), 23, of Brockton Massachusetts, passed away on October 17, 2024 after a long struggle with mental illness.

Born in Plymouth, Massachusetts on march 19th, 2001. She graduated from Edison Academy in 2018 and was currently studying at Massasoit Community College in the area of Psychology.

Her desire was to make positive changes within the mental healthcare field incorporating alternative and natural methods to help others heal from their trauma and mental illness.

She was a bright child that could always be found reading a book, writing poems and short stories, and won the city-wide spelling bee in elementary school. She was a girl scout up until high school and enjoyed helping others and making people smile.

A natural talent, she taught herself to play piano, the ukelele, and also loved to sing. She was an artist at heart that loved arts of all forms including drawing, painting, music, makeup artistry, fashion, dancing with poi, fire spinning, and hoop dancing.

She adored all animals but especially loved cats and made the decision to be a vegetarian at just 9 years old. She was a fantastic cook that loved to cook for people and go on picnics.

She was kind, caring, loving, and had an enormous heart. She felt deeply with for everyone she loved and cared about.

She was the daughter of Kristol Ann Pelletier, stepdaughter of John Matthew Milton, sister of Noel Elizabeth Milton and Haley Brooke Egan, granddaughter of Michelle (Pelletier) Kantos and Alfred Charles Kantos, Deborah (English) Milton and John Stephen Milton. Niece of Charles Joseph Kantos. She was also survived by a large family of great aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Relative and friends are invited to attend visiting hours on Thursday, October 24th from 4:00-7:00 PM with a funeral service to follow at 7:00 PM at the Blanchard Funeral Chapel, Plymouth Street (Rte. 58 @ the rotary) Whitman.

In honor of her vibrant and colorful personality, the family requests that only casual, fun, colorful clothing be worn in lieu of formal, black clothing.
