Eric Allen Whitehead

Eric Allen Whitehead, 60, passed away in Indianapolis on October 17, 2024. He was born on July 29, 1964 in Anderson, the son of Roger and Sylvia (Snyder) Whitehead.
Eric graduated from Highland High School, where he played varsity tennis. He attended Spartan School of Aeronautics. He served in the Army during the Gulf War. Eric was a machinist at Euclid Machines in Indianapolis. Playing softball with Destin and baseball with Rex, gave him great joy. His favorite hobby was fishing with his dad and kids.
He is survived by his mother, Sylvia Whitehead; former wife, Kimberly ; two children, Destin and Rex; two sisters, Kelli (John) Mills and Kerri (Daniel) Kase; several nieces and nephews.
Eric was preceded in death by his father, Roger Whitehead.
A private family memorial service will be held at a later date.
Memorial contributions may be given to the Animal Protection League or the Humane Society.
