Patricia “Patti” (Griffin) Enright of Norfolk formerly of West Roxbury passed away suddenly on October 17, 2024. Beloved wife of William “Bill” Enright. Devoted daughter of Patricia (Riordan) Griffin of West Roxbury and the late Joseph Griffin. Dear sister-in-law of John “Jack” Enright and his wife Ann of West Roxbury and Bernard “Bernie” Enright and his wife Elaine of Falmouth. Loving aunt of John Enright and his wife Crystal of Brighton, Brian Enright and his wife Karla of Taunton, Andrew Enright (of Dorchester), Kimberly Ball and her husband Randy (of Mendon), and Kaitlyn Soro and her husband Pino of Southborough. Also survived by many great nieces, nephews, and extended family.
As vibrant as her personality was, she did not crave attention - she gave attention endlessly to all around her. She brought sparkle (figuratively and literally) to every room she entered.
She was one of a kind and in a league of her own. Patti had the kindest soul and celebrated life every day, especially during the holidays. She was a generous, wonderful person who will be deeply missed and forever remembered.
Patti loved music and dancing, especially the Rolling Stones.
Patti was Billy’s soulmate and a devoted daughter and friend to “Mama Bear”. She would be described as simple, transparent, and genuine. She loved children and was known as the fun “auntie” who was always smiling and laughing. Patti was very funny and often described as hilarious. She lifted everyone’s spirits and once you met her you never forgot her. Patti made a positive impression on everyone she met.
Visiting hours at the William J. Gormley Funeral Home, 2055 Centre St. West Roxbury on Sunday, October 20th from 2pm to 5pm. Funeral from the funeral home on Monday, October 21st at 9:30am. followed by a Funeral Mass in Holy Name Church at 10:30am. Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend. Interment St. Joseph Cemetery, West Roxbury.
