Lillian Jayde Costello, age 13, a lifelong resident of Norton, passed away on Tuesday, October 8, 2024 at the Sturdy Memorial Hospital in Attleboro.
Born in Attleboro, MA on June 15, 2011, she was a loving and devoted daughter of Michael T., Jr. and Cynthia M. (Verde) Costello.
A seventh-grade student at the Norton Middle School, Lilly was a proud member of the Student Council, enjoyed being a member of the Photography Club and participated in cheerleading.
Lilly’s family was the essence of her life, as was the special devotion in her heart and love for her dog “Athena” and cat “Bubbles” who loved her dearly. Lilly will always be remembered for living love to its fullest, her love for music, spending time at the pond and as a talented nail artist.
In addition to her parents, she was the dear sister of John Verde of Norton, Jessica Verde of Hanson, Elizabeth Costello of Florida, Cassandra Costello of Norton and Isabella Silveira of Norton. She is also survived by her much-loved aunts, uncles and cousins.
Relatives and friends are cordially invited to attend visiting hours on Tuesday, October 15th from 5:00-8:00 P.M. at the Norton Memorial Funeral Home, 19 Clapp Street (Off Route 140, Taunton Avenue) Norton.
Her Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Wednesday, October 16th at 11:00 A.M. in Saint Mary’s Church, 1 Power Street, Norton. Burial will follow at the Newland Cemetery in Norton.
