Michael Thomas Edwards passed away suddenly on September 5th, 2024 at home in Port Hueneme, CA at the age of 73.
Affectionately known as Mike, he was born in Pasadena, CA on May 25th, 1951 to Patricia Thompson and John Edwards. He is survived by his daughter, Christina Edwards in Thousand Oaks, CA and his brother, Brian Edwards in Carpinteria, CA.
Mike will be remembered for being a loving father, caring friend, animal lover, and avid surfer. He often put the needs of others above his own and had a great sense of humor. Other than surfing, he also enjoyed movies, TV shows, sports (especially Baseball), music, true-crime stories, and going out to eat at restaurants. He will be missed dearly and forever loved by his surviving family and friends.
Ashes are to be scattered at sea at a later date.
