ALTON BAY ---- Janet G. Wickwire, 89, of Perkins Road, passed away on Wednesday, October 2, 2024, at Concord Hospital in Concord.
Janet was born on August 5, 1935, in Needham, MA, the daughter of the late Mato and Angelina M. (Rotando) Giumetti.
She was a hairdresser for over 60 years. She loved gardening. She was a great cook. She enjoyed teaching her grandnephews the many Italian dishes that she was known for.
Janet is survived by her loving husband of 46 years, William Wickwire, sister Lee, and many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
There will be no calling hours.
A Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday, October 15, 2024, at 10:00am, at the Community Church of Alton, 20 Church Street, Alton, NH.
Burial will follow at the New Riverside Cemetery, 124 Suncook Valley Rd, Alton, NH.
