Final words: A real unicorn, a centenarian, Suzanne Sheridan, gifted with loveliness and often sold short because of it, always walked with both style and humility. With a champagne chandelier laugh, she raised four forceful kids with sense and a smile. She put all four of us through Our Lady of Grace, Louisville, and Crespi. On the meager pay of a bank vault teller. She navigated an ocean of Sorrow and suffering without much help. Just her faith: in God, in Grampa and In her beloved sister Adele. She saw trouble of every stripe, but always had a smile For us, after the tears. Wisdom. That’s what she had.
