Obituary

Dorothea “Dot” Elaine (Clark) Dinardi, 85 of Wellesley, MA passed away peacefully on July 9, 2024, after a short illness. She was a beloved mother and grandmother.

Dorothea was born in Waltham, MA, the only child to the late Richard J. Clark of Waltham & Dorothea (Ellison) Cooney of Carlisle, MA.

She is predeceased by her husband Donald J. Dinardi of Melrose, MA.

Dorothea was formally a resident of Derry, NH and Waltham, MA, where she raised her four children. Dot’s fondest memories were camping, fishing and ocean trips with her children.

Dot enjoyed reading, knitting and quilting and was a member of many quilter guilds where she would take trips with her friends. Nothing made her happier than spending time and talking with her grandchildren and great grandchildren.

She is survived by her four children, James M. Dinardi of Fulton, MO; Stacey (Dinardi) Cavallaro and husband Phillip of Hudson, MA ; Joseph Dinardi of Chelmsford, MA, and Fiancé Vicki Nicoli, and Donna Dinardi of Hingham, MA, five grandchildren, Chrystal, Nichole, Courtney, Anthony and Alexander, along with her three great grandchildren, Maddison, Cameron, and Brynley who all will miss their Nana very much!

Calling hours will be held on Saturday, October 19th from 9:30-11am in the Peabody Funeral Homes and Crematorium, 15 Birch St, Derry with a funeral service to begin at 11:00am. Burial will follow at Forest Hill Cemetery, East Derry Road, East Derry.
