Keith D. Salome, age 49, of Mansfield, formerly of Uxbridge, passed away, surrounded by his loving family on Saturday, September 21, 2024 at the Brigham & Women’s Hospital in Boston. He was the beloved husband of Katelyn C. (Kerrigan) Salome and the devoted father of Kennedy R. Salome.


Born in Woonsocket, Rhode Island on July 10, 1975, he was a loving son of Daniel E., Sr and Jill M. (Dean) Foley of Uxbridge.


Keith grew up in the towns of Millville and Uxbridge and was a 1993 graduate of Northbridge High School. He continued his studies, graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering from Northeastern University where he was also a proud member of the rugby team.


Keith had made his home in Mansfield for the past six years and for twenty years, was employed as a manager at Progressive Insurance. Keith’s family, whom he loved dearly, was truly the essence of his life and his passions included being an avid New England sports fan, his favorite team being the New England Patriots. Keith took pride in his home and lawn and always made sure Kennedy had green grass to run in. His listening skills and feedback were a gift and will always be remembered by all who knew and loved him, as well as the way he attempted to play golf.


In addition to his wife, daughter and parents, he was the devoted brother of Stefanie A. Salome and her husband John Apostolos of Chelmsford and Daniel E. Foley, Jr and his wife Katie of Uxbridge. He was the much-loved son-in-law of James J., Jr and Kathleen Kerrigan of Plymouth. He was the dear brother-in-law of Kara A. Crean and her husband Joseph of Plymouth and James T. Kerrigan and his fiancé Lauren of Yarmouth. He was the cherished uncle of Paige, Theo, Owen, Colin and A.J. and is also survived by many loving aunts, uncles and cousins.



Relatives and friends are cordially invited to attend visiting hours on Monday, September 30th from 5:00-8:00 PM. at the Sherman & Jackson Funeral Home, 55 North Main Street, Mansfield.


A service in celebration of his life will take place on Tuesday, October 1st from 12:00-3:00 P.M.at the Trillium Brewing Company, 110 Shawmut Road in Canton
