FRANKLIN ----- Donna Marie Masi, 95, of Baldwin Street, passed away on Saturday, September 21, 2024, at The Golden Crest in Franklin.
Donna was born on October 19, 1928, in Janesville, WI, the daughter of Joseph and Gertrude (Barrett) Ahrens.
She served many years in the Alexandria Fire Department Auxiliary. She was passionate about baking, animals and swimming in the ocean. Donna enjoyed travel adventures in her 70’s and 80’s. She traveled to Ireland, Italy, Egypt, the Galapagos, and an African safari. She even did the Tenney Mountain zipline course at 82!
Donna is survived by her son Lance Masi and his partner Krystal Ellis, daughter Bonnie Masi, two nieces and two nephews. In addition to her parents, Donna is predeceased by her beloved husband Edward Masi, son Chad Masi, sister Gloria Powell, brother Fred Ahrens and niece Ida Tromley.
