William McIntosh, 65

William McIntosh, age 65, of Mansfield, passed away peacefully, in the comfort of his home, surrounded by his loving family on Friday, September 20, 2024. He was the beloved husband of Mary L. (Moothart) McIntosh, to whom he was happily wed for thirty-one years.
Born in Providence, Rhode Island on July 10, 1959, he was a loving son of the late William and Janet (LeHoullier) McIntosh.
Bill grew up in Rhode Island in the towns of Pawtucket and Lincoln. He graduated in 1977 from Lincoln High School and attended CCRI and Bryant College. Prior to retiring, Bill was the Vice-President of Quality Assurance at Little Kids in Seekonk and formerly held multiple positions in juvenile product industries.
Bill’s family was the focal point of his life and together, they enjoyed traveling and vacationing. He will always be remembered as a New England sports fanatic, his heart always being for the Boston Red Sox and taking great pride attending games 4 of both the teams 2004 and 2007 World Series Championships. He also had a knack and interest for fantasy sports and enjoyed the simple pleasure of watching YouTube.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by his devoted children, Amanda Cabrera and her husband Oscar of Attleboro, Billy McIntosh and his significant other Amelia of North Attleboro, Justin McIntosh and his fiancé Jessica of Mansfield and Katrina McIntosh and her fiancé Kevin of Mansfield. He was the proud and cherished grandfather of Trent Mac Cabrera of Attleboro. He was the dear brother of Stephen McIntosh and his wife Karolyn of Somerset and the late Douglas McIntosh. He is also survived by his loving nieces and nephews.
Relatives and friends are cordially invited to attend visiting hours on Tuesday, September 24th from 5:00-8:00 P.M. at the Sherman & Jackson Funeral Home, 55 North Main Street, Mansfield.
His funeral service will be held on Wednesday, September 25th at 11:00 A.M. at the Sherman & Jackson Funeral Home. Burial will follow at the Spring Brook Cemetery in Mansfield.
