Denise A. (King) Perry, age 61, of Attleboro, passed away comfortably at home, surrounded by her loving family on Wednesday, September 11, 2024. She was the beloved wife of Michael A. Perry, to whom she was wed on November 15, 1986.
Born in Everett, MA on September 9, 1963, Denise spent her early childhood living in Everett. She later moved to Norton, was a 1981 graduate of Norton High School and continued her education, attending Stonehill College, receiving an associate degree from Bridgewater State College and earning a master’s degree from the University of Phoenix.
Denise had made her home in Attleboro for forty-three years and for the past 11-1/2 years was the Director of Digital Planning and Advice at Fidelity in Boston, a job she loved and was ever so dedicated to. She was known for her talented writing skills and was a gifted public speaker.
Denise’s family was the passion of her life and being a grandmother added a whole new chapter in her story. She had the most special place in her heart for her dogs and her other interests included cooking and creating, such as sewing, knitting, crocheting and tending to the gardens that adorned her home.
In addition to her husband, she is survived by her devoted sons, Justin M. Perry of Attleboro and Austin N. Perry and his fiancé Taylor of Lincoln, RI. She was the cherished and proud grandmother of Delaney, Clayton, Kingsley and Blakely. She was the much-loved daughter-in-law of Rosalie Perry of Attleboro and the late Albert Perry, Jr. She was the treasured sister-in-law of Karen Fontaine of Attleboro. She was the cherished aunt of Gina Gamache of Attleboro. She was the special niece of Ronnie and Joanne Maglione of Peabody and is also survived by her loving cousins, including Kim Maglione of Peabody.
Relatives and friends are cordially invited to attend visiting hours on Monday, September 16th from 5:00-8:00 P.M. at the Sherman & Jackson Funeral Home, 55 North Main Street in Mansfield.
Burial will take place privately at Saint Mary’s Cemetery in Mansfield.
