NEW HAMPTON ---- Marilyn “Mal” Rogers, 67, of Mansfield Woods Way, passed away on Saturday, September 7, 2024, at Granite VNA Hospice House in Concord, NH.
Marilyn was born on May 13, 1957, in Cambridge, MA, the daughter of Marshall Wright and Margaret (Schorling) Wright.
Marilyn grew up in Southie and worked as a medical secretary for New England Medical Center and then Lakes Region General Hospital. She enjoyed her family, friends, Irish music, writing poetry, crocheting and baking brownies.
Marilyn is survived by her husband John “Jack” Rogers, of New Hampton, NH; son Robert P. Rogers and his wife Diana, of South Boston, MA; daughters Kerry A. Cotter and her husband Thomas, of Rockland, MA, and Kathleen P. Rogers, of Rockland, MA; sisters Kathleen Martin and Mary Ellen Martin; grandchildren Molly Shiner, Ellen Shiner, Ryan Rogers and AJ Brancaccio; and many nieces and nephews.
Services will be held privately.
