Obituary

SOUTHBRIDGE, MA — Lynn Marie (Krager) Kampersol, 69, passed away on Friday, August 30, 2024, with family at her side.

She was born in Framingham on May 26, 1955, and raised in Natick as the first daughter of Wilfred “Willie” and Nancy (Trask) Krager. She graduated from Natick High School in 1973 and continue her education in floral design.

Lynn was previously married to Thomas W. Kampersol of Framingham, with whom she shared three children: Amy L. Pacheco and her husband Trevor of Westport; Erin M. Kampersol and her longtime companion Steve Chenard of Webster; and Ian T. Kampersol of Hudson, WI. She is also survived by two grandchildren, Triton and Elias; a brother, Allan Krager and his wife Pam of Hallsville, TX; three sisters, Paula Watson of Sandown, NH; Laurie Scott and her husband Larry of Attleboro; and Michele Krager of Northbridge; as well as many nieces, nephews, grandnieces and grandnephews.

Lynn lived her life as a real-life Pinterest board finding beauty and whimsy in the simplest of things. She had a love for baking and a knack for cake decorating. She was a vibrant spirit, full of adventure and zest for life. Her passion for photography allowed her to capture the world through a unique lens. She had an eye for antiques and a love for stained glass, often spending her time creating pieces that reflected her artistic nature.

Her garden was a true sanctuary where Lynn’s passion for floral design and gardening flourished. She nurtured both plants and her soul among the blooms and greenery she lovingly tended, creating stunning displays that reflected her imaginative touch and deep connection to nature. Lynn also enjoyed free writing and writing poems, providing her with a meaningful outlet for her creativity and inner thoughts.

Lynn will be deeply missed by her family, friends, and all who knew her. She leaves behind a legacy of creativity, curiosity, and joy.

A memorial to honor her life will be arranged at a later date. In memory of Lynn, take a moment to stop and smell the flowers.
