Brian Gerard Pitty (65) of Brockton died September 3rd in the Dwyer Home Nursing Home, Weymouth. He was the husband of Beverly (Pike) Pitty of Brockton.
He was born in Boston son of the late Robert L. Pitty and Theresa (Zechello) Pitty. Brian worked for the VA Hospital as a food service worker and was a communicant of Our Lady of Lourdes Church. He enjoyed watching the Red Sox, Bruins and was known as a “people person”.
In addition to his loving wife Beverly he is survived by 3 brothers, Robert L. Pitty Jr. and wife Ana of Holbrook, Richard L. Pitty of Brockton and John J. Pitty and wife Laura of Holbrook, his sister Anna Marie Gomes of Bridgewater, several nieces, nephews and his cat Alex, also a special thanks to Julie Pitty Francoeur and her staff at the Dwyer House in South Weymouth.
Following Cremation, a Memorial Service will take place in the Home of Funerarias Multi Culturel, 238 Court Street Brockton Monday September 16th from 4-7 pm.
