TEJEDA Yosladia M. “Yoli” of Boston, formerly of the Dominican Republic, passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family on August 27, 2024. Beloved fiancé of Rafael Gomez. Devoted mother of Emely M. Pena of Boston, and Ruskin A. Pena of Boston. Loving grandmother of Marc Machado. Dear sister of Sandra Hirujo, Martha Tejeda, Antonio Tejeda, Johnny Tejeda, Manuel Tejeda, and Carlos Tejeda. Also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Yoli, a vibrant and loving spirit who touched the lives of all who knew her. Yoli was a beacon of warmth, characterized by her spirited nature, boundless ambition, and infectious humor. Her culinary skills were unparalleled, and her green thumb brought beauty and life into every corner of her home. As a strong and independent woman, Yoli devoted herself entirely to her children, providing them with unwavering love and support. Her legacy of kindness, strength, and joy will continue to inspire all who had the privilege of knowing her. She will be dearly missed and forever remembered.
Visiting hours will be held at the P.E. Murray - F.J. Higgins, George F. Doherty & Sons Funeral Home 2000 Centre St. West Roxbury on Sunday, September 1st from 3-6pm. Interment private.
