Patricia Ann (Hines) Little, 81, of Norton, formally of Abington passed away at The Residence at Great Woods Thursday August 22, 2024. She was the beloved wife to her late husband Norman Little Jr.
She was born November 14, 1942 in Boston, daughter to the late James and Catherine (Campbell) Hines. Patricia was raised in Boston until 12 years old and then later moved to Abington, which is where she graduated from high school. After high school Patricia attended secretary school.
Patricia went on to raise her family in Abington as well with her husband Norman. She worked as a realtor for Jack Conway Realtor, as well being a sales rep for Sears for over 20 years.
A passion of Patricia’s was gardening, many would say she had a green thumb. Some of the flowers she adored the most were peonies, roses, and lilacs.
She leaves behind her four children, Norman B., and Patrick Little both of Brockton, her daughter Catherine Friend of Raynham, and her daughter Eileen Brezina of East Bridgewater. She was the beloved grandmother to her grandchildren Danielle, Katelyn, Elizabeth, and Ryan, Megan, Sean, Andrew, and Steven. She was a great-grandmother to Logan, Landon, Luca, Parker, Jack, Lilly, Levi, Arya, and Kaia. Patricia is also survived by her siblings Thomas and his wife Rita Hines of FL, and her sister Dorothy Little of Abington. She is survived by her sister-in-law Kay Hines of Whitman. Patricia is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Patricia is predeceased in death by her loving husband Norman E. Little Jr. Her parents James and Catherine (Campbell) Hines. She is predeceased by her siblings Donald, Jimmy, Arthur, Paul, Eleanor, and Kitty. As well as her dearest dog, Nellie Mae.
Family and friends are invited to attend Patricia’s visiting hours Wednesday August 28th, from 9:00-10:00 AM in the Blanchard Funeral Chapel, Plymouth Street (Rte. 58 @ the rotary) Whitman. A funeral Mass will be held at 10:30 AM at the St. Bridget Church, Abington Wednesday August 28th. A burial will follow at St. Patrick Cemetery, Rockland.
