Nellie Christine Harrell Bolick Taylor, 81, of Tifton passed away Wednesday, August 21, 2002, at Beverly Health Care in Tifton. A graveside funeral service was held for Mrs. Taylor at 11:00 a.m. Friday, August 23, 2002, at Prospect Cemetery in Turner County, where she was laid to rest. The Rev. Kenny Kicklighter officiated.
Born December 24, 1920, in Irwin County, Mrs. Taylor was the daughter of the late John Harrell and Martha Smith Harrell. She was also preceded in death by her first husband, James Henderson Bolick; her second husband, J. L. Taylor; and two sons, Wiley Henderson Bolick and Jimmy Taylor. She was a retired seamstress; and she attended Grace Baptist Church in Tifton.
Mrs. Taylor is survived by three brothers, Foy Harrell of Tifton, John A. Harrell of Sycamore and Albert Lee Harrell of Lavonia; and two sisters, Willie Joyner of Sycamore and Wilma Mashburn of Gainesville, Florida.
