Gloria C. Scott, 92, of Derry, NH, died Thursday August 22, 2024 in Grace House of Windham in Windham, NH. She was born on February 10, 1932 in Nashua, NH, a daughter of the late Ernest and Catherine (Picard) Butterfield. She had been a resident of Derry for her entire life. Gloria had worked for Macks Apples as a packer for many years. She was fond of cooking and had a collection of hundreds of cookbooks and assorted recipes. She enjoyed gardening, both flowers and vegetables. She cared for a large assortment of outdoor cats while living in E. Derry. Gloria had traveled a lot of the world, as well as Europe and Germany with her husband Donald Scott.
She is survived by three sisters, Ernestine B. Moore, and Nancy L. Butterfield, Valary Carr; her nephew, Kevin C. Scott of Chester, NH; as well as several additional nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband, Donald Scott in 2018, her daughters Lisa Scott and Donna Scott, and her siblings, Karleen Smith, Kathleen Devlin, Ernest Butterfield, and Paula Butterfield.
