Charles “Ty” Jamison, 72, of Bellingham, died peacefully on Friday, August 9, 2024, at his home surrounded by his family. He was the beloved husband of Patricia A. (Bricker) Jamison for the past 47 years.
Born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania on May 2, 1952, he was the son of the late James Rayburn and Kathryn Jane (Peelor) Jamison.
Ty was a resident of Bellingham for the past year and formerly resided in Needham for over 40 years. He had worked as a self-employed antique dealer for many years with a love for history and craftsmanship.
Ty grew up in the Greensburg, Pennsylvania area. He enjoyed playing golf and was a lifetime member of the Pike Run Country Club in Jones Mills, Pennsylvania. He loved music, playing the guitar, gardening, and spending time with his family and grandchildren.
Besides his wife, he is survived by two daughters, Rachael McNamee and her husband Ken of Norfolk and Rebecca Phillips and her husband Jon of Franklin.
Ty is also survived by five grandchildren, Ryan, Kaelie, Reese, Sophia and Lucille.
He was the brother of the late L. Murray Jamison.
