Ralph M. "Chip" Hannon passed away at Falmouth Hospital, July 27, after a battle with Cancer, at the age of 82. He was born in Arlington, MA and was raised in Worcester, MA.
He leaves his wife of 55 years, Barbara Morris Hannon; his daughter Elizabeth, Son Michael and Wife Catherine, and 4 Grandchildren Molly, Connor, Declan and Charles "Chip" Hannon.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Ralph T. and Frances L. Hannon, and brother Dwight C. Hannon.
Chip graduated from the University of Toledo, Ohio with a Mechanical Engineering degree. He spent over 32 years in Aviation Management, Transportation Construction, and Economic Development projects in both the public and private sectors.
Retiring in 2002 from the Toledo Lucas County Port Authority, he and his wife Barbara moved to Cape Cod and began "living the dream" in Falmouth, MA where he never met a stranger.
