Dung Q. T. Nguyen, 64, of Worcester passed away Friday, July 26th 2024 in the Lutheran Home surrounded by his loving family. He leaves his wife of 31 years, Loan T. Ta; his three children, Bellamy Nguyen of Worcester, Vivian Nguyen of Watertown, and Melanie Nguyen of Worcester; a stepson, Alexander Ta of Worcester; and a sister in Vietnam.
Born in Da Nang, Vietnam, Dung made the journey to the United States in the 1980s. He worked as a machine and forklift operator for a wire and cable company, where his dedication and hard work were highly regarded.
Dung had a passion for photography and videography, which led him to attend film school in the states. His love for capturing moments was evident in the beautiful images and videos he has created over his lifetime. He has a deep appreciation for fishing, collecting antique clocks, trinkets, listening and making music, and playing the guitar. His favorite song in recent times has been “Seasons in the Sun.”
A quiet and reserved man, Dung was known for his skill in fixing things and his love for his family, especially his children. His gentle presence, and the joy he brought to those around him will be dearly missed.
Funeral services will be private. Cremation will be at Rural Cemetery and Crematory, 180 Grove Street, Worcester.
