Clarence Herbert Peterson, Jr. 76, of Fort Myers, Florida passed away Tuesday, October 22, 2002, at Tift Regional Medical Center. A private funeral service and burial was held for Mr. Peterson at a later date.
Born November 26, 1925, in Chicago, Illinois, Mr. Peterson was the son of the late Clarence H. Peterson and Ruth Lindstrom Peterson. He was a retired dentist; and he was a member of Covenant Rebirth Church in Fort Myers, Florida. He also retired from the United States Army.
Mr. Peterson is survived by his wife, Virginia Johnson Peterson of Fort Myers, Florida; three sons, Steven Peterson of Paris, France, Thomas Peterson of Denver, Colorado and Andrew Peterson of Libertyville, Illinois; two brothers, Robert Peterson of Arlington Heights, Illinois and Thomas Peterson of Brunswick, Maine; one sister, Maribelle Anders of Holland, Michigan; and four grandchildren.
