Ismael Palacios Ortega, 38, of Tifton passed away Tuesday, December 17, 2002, at his residence. A private funeral service and burial was held for Mr. Ortega at a later date.
Born March 12, 1963, in Mexico, Mr. Ortega was the son of Miguel Palacios Sanchez and Guadalupe Ortega Melchor of Mexico.
