Martha Jean Harris Orders, 75, of Tifton passed away Thursday, May 23, 2002, at Beverly Health Care in Tifton. She was laid to rest at Jefferson Memorial Gardens East in Trussville, Alabama on Saturday, May 25, 2002.
Born July 12, 1926, in Jefferson County, Alabama, Ms. Orders was the daughter of the late Frank C. Harris and Vera E. Amberson Harris. Before retiring, she was a secretary for the federal government.
Mrs. Orders is survived by her daughter. Claire Long of Tifton.
