Bevilacqua Lucy (96) of Roslindale, MA passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family on July 18, 2024. Lucy is predeceased by her husband James Bevilacqua and her parents Angelo and Maria Paolini: brother Anthony (Tony) Paolini, Albert Paolini, Americo Paolini, sister Genevieve Dowd (Paolini). Lucy is survived by her 2 sons Ronald Bevilacqua, Robert Bevilacqua and daughter Mary Lou Bevilacqua. Cherished grandchildren James Bevilacqua, Julie Cassidy, Michael Bevilacqua and Adam Espinoza; great -grandson James Espinoza.
Lucy had a passion for cooking, especially her sauce and pizzelles and enjoyed her daily glass of white zinfandel wine. Lucy loved making everyone feel welcome in her home. Her enjoyment in life was spending all her time with family and friends she loved.
Family and friends are invited to attend the viewing hours on Tuesday July 23, 2024, from 9:30-11 AM in the Joseph Russo Funeral Home, 814 American Legion Highway, Roslindale, MA. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated in Sacred Heart Church Roslindale at 11:30 AM. Interment will be in Forest Hills Cemetery, 95 Forest Hills Ave, Jamaica Plain, MA.
