CHICOPEE - Amanda L. (Beauregard) Dougherty, 69, of Chicopee, was Called Safely Home on Saturday, July 13, 2024 at Baystate Medical Center in Springfield. She was born in Holyoke on July 11, 1955, a beloved daughter of Adelard S. Beauregard Jr. and Ruth F. (Ely) Beauregard Liles. She was raised in South Hadley, graduated from South Hadley High School and later lived in Granby before moving to Chicopee in 2009. She was last employed as a Certified Nurse Assistant at the former Holyoke Geriatric Authority and the Willimansett East Nursing Home. She leaves her loving husband, Richard M. Dougherty; her three children, Eric, Daniel and Felicia; her step-children, Thomas and his wife, Adrianne and Tina and her husband, Chris; her nine siblings, Lisa, Jackie, Barbara, Michelle, Joanne, Eleanor, Susan, Chris and John and his wife, Lisa; her in-laws, Martin, Victoria, Patty, Cathy and Rose; and several uncles and aunts, including her uncle, William; and many nephews, nieces, cousins and numerous friends. She was predeceased by her in-laws, Richard and Violet Dougherty; and her brother-in-law, Matthew. Her relatives and friends are invited to visiting hours on Friday, August 2, 2024 from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m. at the St. Pierre - Phaneuf Fairview Chapels, (413-533-3307), 506 Britton Street, Chicopee, MA 01020, which will be followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:30 a.m. in Saint Anne Church, 30 College Street, Chicopee, MA 01020.
