Donna L. Janian, age 68, of Medford, passed away on Saturday, June 29th. A lifelong resident, she was the daughter of the late Henry and Lillian G. (Florino) Janian. Donna was a graduate of Medford High School, after which she earned a bachelor’s and master’s degree in French literature and languages from Boston University.
Donna was employed as a language teacher and dedicated her life to the field of education. She was an avid world traveler who visited many countries and much of the United States. Her favorite city was always Paris, France, the city of lights. Donna always wanted to be proper and correct, and conscientious in her dealings with people. She was understanding and considerate to all. Donna is survived by her cousins and friends, and will be missed by students and all others in her life.
Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to visit in the Dello Russo Funeral Home, 306 Main St., Medford on Friday, July 26th from 9 through 11 AM, followed by a Mass of Ashes celebrated in St. Clement Church, 71 Warner St., Medford, at 11:30.AM. Services will conclude with burial at Oak Grove Cemetery, Medford.
