LACONIA ---- Philip Leon Bolduc, 84, of Mechanic Street, passed away on Saturday, July 13, 2024, at home surrounded by his loved ones.
Philip was born on July 26, 1939, in Laconia, NH, the son of the late Donat Bolduc and Delima (Campbell) Bolduc.
Philip built houses with his dad at a young age and then went to work at the shoe shop for 10 years. After working at the shoe shop Philip went on to be a plumber for Gouin and Sons for 22 years. He also worked as a plumber for Marcoux for 10 years before retiring. Philip enjoyed spending time with his family and tinkering on jeeps, cars, and trucks in his garage. You could find him helping his family build or repair their houses. His favorite joke to tell people, “Who am I impersonating (with a cigar hanging out of his mouth)? Lassie taking a sh*t.” You always knew when you were being too loud or getting into trouble because you would hear a big slam of his folded ruler on the table.
Philip is survived by his loving wife of 64 years, Pauline (Provencal) Bolduc; son James Bolduc and his wife Kimberly; daughter Kathy Pidgeon and her husband David; son Richard Bolduc; son Edward Bolduc; brothers Anthony Bolduc and David Bolduc; grandchildren Brianne, Rebecca, Sara, Kaila, Joshua, Kera, and Noah; and 9 great-grandchildren. In addition to his parents, he is predeceased by his brothers William Bolduc, Roland Bolduc, Frank Bolduc, Edmond Bolduc, George Bolduc, and grandson Nathan Bolduc.
He will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
