Gregg was born May 27, 1977 and was the son of Sylvia Horne and the late Fred Horne. Gregg graduated from Tift County High School in 1995. After finishing school, Gregg began a long successful career in sales, making lots of friends along the way.
Gregg was quick to share witty jokes, of which he had many, and greatly enjoyed making people laugh. He also readily shared his faith and personal testimony at any given time.
Gregg easily made friends and built many relationships, a trait for which he was well known. He never “met a stranger” and had an enormous love of all people and animals as well. He was very artistic, with a diverse sense of style in clothing and an impressive and eclectic collection of footwear. His motto was “Real men wear pink!”
Gregg is preceded in death by his father Fred Horne and his brother-in-law Corky Walker, and is survived by his mother Sylvia Horne of Tifton, GA, his daughter Anna Grace Horne of Americus, GA, stepson Jacob (Brianna) Gibbs of Tifton, GA, two sisters Kristen (Thomas) King of Tifton, Leah (Jeff) Guess of Valdosta, and special brother Shawn (Amanda) Sikes of Berea, KY. He is also survived by nephews Caden Edwards, Ryan King, Jackson Guess, along with many aunts, uncles and cousins, and his faithful dog, Tucker.
Flowers will be accepted or memorial gifts may be made to the American Diabetes
