Joyce E. Relleva, 80, of Hanson, Massachusetts passed away peacefully on July 10th at Bay Path Rehabilitation in Duxbury after a brief illness.
Born in Bridgewater, Massachusetts on August 13, 1943, she was the daughter of the late Walter E. Holyoke and Florence L. Staples.
Joyce was a CNA at Brae Burn Nursing Home for many years. She enjoyed working at the Knights of Columbus in Pembroke at Friday night bingo and loved spending time with her husband, daughter, granddaughter, and great-granddaughter (her sweet pea).
She is survived by her husband, Richard Relleva, of 53 years and resided in Hanson, Massachusetts for the past 36 years. She is also survived by her daughter Holly Relleva and husband Richard Moyer, granddaughter Alicia Forsberg and husband Michael Forsberg, and her great granddaughter Rosalie Forsberg as well as her many brothers, sisters, nieces, and nephews.
Relatives and friends are invited to pay their respects to Joyce on Thursday, July 18th, at the Blanchard Funeral Chapel, Plymouth Street, Rt 58 at the rotary in Whitman, MA. Visiting hours will be from 4-7pm with a small service to follow.
