Melissa Ann Palermo (Oehley), 46, of Bellingham, sadly left our world on July 7, 2024 after an extensive battle with Cancer and Crohn's Disease.
She was raised in Hopkinton, MA, and a 1996 graduate of Hopkinton High School. She was employed by Clarion Safety Systems LLC as a Senior Customer Sales & Service Associate.
Melissa will be deeply missed and remembered by her husband, James Alan Palermo Jr. of Bellingham. Sons, Zachary E. King, 27, of Medford, James A. Palermo III, 23, and Joseph D. Palermo, 18, of Bellingham.
In addition, she is survived by her mother, Mary Noonan and her husband, Michael of Clearwater, FL and sisters, Jennifer Direnzo, and her husband Chester of Northbridge, and Roberta Oehley of Hudson.
She was the daughter of the late Rodney F. Oehley.
Melissa's smile lit up a room. Her quick wit and ability to speak her mind will not be forgotten. She enjoyed being on the beach and spending time with her dogs, family and friends. Melissa will be missed by many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend her funeral service Monday July 15th, in St. Paul's Episcopal Church 61 Wood St. Hopkinton, MA 01748 at 11AM.
Her interment will be held privately.
Calling hours are Sunday July 14th, in the Charles F. Oteri and Son Franklin Funeral Home 33 Cottage St. from 2-4PM.
