Charline Mary Gerstorff

Charline Mary (Moore) Gerstorff, 92, of Alexandria died July 2, 2024 at Alexandria Health & Rehabilitation after an extended illness.
She was born August 31, 1931 in Madison County the daughter of Charles and Mary (Matthews) Moore. She was a homemaker and worked at several canning factories. She attended Chesterfield Community Church of God. She was a 50 year member of the Home Extension Club and a member of the Senior Fellowship at church.
She is survived by her two sons, Earl "Andrew" (Linda) Gerstorff and Jeffrey D. Gerstorff all of Alexandria; grandchildren, Gilly (Richard) Beane; Amanda Brown, Mary Elizabeth Gerstorff; five great-grandchildren and 12 great-great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, John Gerstorff; siblings, Clinton Moore, Thomas Moore, Nora Baker, John Moore and Lillie Mae Hall.
Funeral service will be at 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday, July 9, 2024 at Rozelle-Johnson Funeral Service with Dr. Jerry Grubbs and Dr. Sharon Pearson officiating. Burial will follow in Forrestville Cemetery in Summitville.
Visitation will be from 11 am until 1 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
