Jeffrey Francis Walls, 58, of Franklin Massachusetts, passed away on June 29th, 2024. Born on January 26th, 1966, in Milford, Ma, Jeffrey was the son of the late Charles Otis Walls and Doris Elizabeth (Duncan) Walls.
Jeffrey was raised in Franklin, Massachusetts and was a lifelong resident there. He attended Tri County Regional Vocational Technical High School for electrical technologies. An avid basketball player, he was the MVP of the team his senior year.
Jeffrey was a master electrician of over 30 years, running his own business and helping to make the world a brighter place. He was a hard worker and was always willing to help someone in need, even if it meant lowering prices or working for free.
He enjoyed pursuing a variety of projects and activities, such as playing horseshoes, boating, diving for lobsters, ice fishing, scuba diving, making sand sculptures, kayaking, gardening, making homemade maple syrup, caring for chickens and animals, dressing up for Halloween, and making Christmas light displays. He was known for the tall, lit up candy cane that he displayed every year in December.
Jeffrey is survived by his three children, Jessica Lynn (Walls) Moran and her husband Kyle Moran of Beaufort, South Carolina, Julia Marie Walls of Bellingham, Massachusetts, and Jameson Thomas Walls of Franklin, Massachusetts. He is also survived by a long-term girlfriend of over 20 years, Stephanie Hope MacNeill.
He was preceded in death by his brother John Walls of Winchester, Massachusetts. He is survived by his other siblings, including his sisters Judy (Walls) Legee of Mashpee, Massachusetts, Virginia (Walls) Brunelli of Sandwich, Massachusetts, and Jaqueline (Walls) Carlson of Huger, South Carolina, as well as his brother Charles (Jimmy) Walls of Pembrooke, Maine.
Visiting hours will be held at the Ginley Funeral Home of Franklin(www.ginleyfuneralhomes.com) 131 Main Street, Franklin on Tuesday, July 9th, from 10-1, followed by a memorial service at 1:00. Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend.
