Obituary

Raymond N. Robinson, 80, of Westport, passed away on Wednesday, June 26, 2024 at the Coventry Center. He was the husband of Anne J. (Victorino) Robinson.

Born in Fall River, son of the late Norman and Bernadette (Goyette) Robinson, he had lived in Westport for the last 54 years. A United States Army veteran of the Vietnam War, he also served in the National Guard for 25 years. He graduated from Bristol Community College earning a degree in Criminal Justice. Prior to retirement, he was a supervisor at the VA in Brockton, and was also a reserve police officer for the Town of Westport. Mr. Robinson was a Communicant of St. John the Baptist Church, Westport and a member of the American Legion Post #145, Westport. He was very handy, always able to fix everything, but most of all he was a loving kindhearted father and grandfather.

Including his wife, he is survived by 2 daughters: Michelle A. (Robinson) Harrison and her husband Gregg of Westport and Monique E. Robinson of Westport, MA; 2 grandsons: C.J. Harrison and Tyler Harrison; a cousin: Gary Grondin; and several nieces, nephews and cousins.

Funeral to which relatives and friends are invited will be Tuesday, July 2, 2024 from the Potter Funeral Home at 9:00 A.M. followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at St. John the Baptist Church at 10:00 A.M.

Calling hours Monday from 5 - 7 P.M.

Interment will be in Beech Grove Cemetery, Westport.
