Edward “Eddie” William Kersey, 63, of Tifton passed away Wednesday, June 26, 2024, at Tift Regional Medical Center. A private funeral service and burial will be held for Mr. Kersey at a later date.
Born April 22, 1961, in Lakeland, Florida, Mr. Kersey was the son of the late ed Lee Kersey and Sara Margaret Yeomans Kersey. He was also preceded in death by one sister, Margaret Kersey. He was a retired mechanic.
Mr. Kersey is survived by his wife, Linda Dean Kersey of Tifton; one daughter, Amanda Jacobo-Rubio of Tifton; three brothers and one sister-in-law, David Kersey and Paul Kersey, both of Brookfield and Jimmy and Kim Kersey of Moultrie; one sister, Deborah Fountain of Lake Park.
