Madeline C. (Buonomo) Intravaia, of Woburn, formerly of Somerville, passed away peacefully surrounded by the love of her family on Tuesday, June 25, 2024. She was 87. Born in Somerville she was the loving daughter of the late Benedetto and Rosalina (Ottaviano) Buonomo. Beloved wife of the late John B. Intravaia. Devoted mother of Joanne Intravaia and her husband Thomas Farrell, Donna Intravaia-Higgins and her husband Thomas Higgins. Sister of John Buonomo, the late Mary Accordino and Joseph Buonomo. Also survived by many loving nieces and nephews. Further survived by cherished family pets Lucy and Molly.
A funeral Mass will be celebrated Saturday, June 29th, at St. Barbara Church, 138 Cambridge Rd., Woburn, at 10 a.m. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend. (please meet directly at church). Services will conclude with entombment at Woodlawn Cemetery Mausoleum, Everett. It has been requested that in lieu of flowers contributions may be made in Madeline’s memory to the M.S.P.C.A., 350 South Huntington Ave., Boston, MA 02130.
