WEST BALDWIN- Marvin (Buddy) Reinhard, Sr. passed away peacefully with his family by his side on June 21, 2024.
He was born in Cheshire, CT on November 6, 1935, to George and Daisy (Bell) Reinhard. When Marvin was 9 years old, they moved to Naples, Me, where his family raised chickens and had a vegetable farm. Marvin attended local schools and graduated from Potter Academy in 1954. Where he met the love of his life Dawn (Rankin), they were married on October 20, 1956.
In 1964, they moved their family to California and lived there for 4 years. They moved back to Maine in 1968 and he began his business of building homes. He was a true master of his craft.
Marvin loved his family and always enjoyed family get togethers. He was a lifelong Celtics fan and enjoyed Nascar and Wheel of Fortune.
Marvin was predeceased by his parents & sisters Beverly Cox and Marilyn Wormwood.
He is survived by his wife of 67 years Dawn. Brothers Donald (Judy) Reinhard and Brian (Leanne) Reinhard. His Children Naomi, Marvin Jr., Ardis (Lyndon), Fred/Rick (Melissa) and Adam (Maria). His grandchildren, great grandchildren & many nieces and nephews.
