BRISTOL ---- Bruce Anthony Beaurivage, a passionate nature enthusiast, world champion snowmobile racer, Snowmobile Hall of Fame Inductee, fishing buff, and devoted dog lover, passed away on June 14, 2024, at the age of 76. His life was a testament to his deep love for the outdoors and his unwavering curiosity for adventure.
Born in Manchester, NH, on November 8, 1947, Bruce spent his formative years satiating his need for speed. His expertise in snowmobiles was unparalleled, but he found himself yearning for more which led him to the sky. As a skilled pilot, he soared through the skies, finding solace and freedom among the clouds.
Fishing was not just a hobby but a lifelong passion for Bruce. Whether casting lines in the tranquil Connecticut lakes or battling with river currents, he found joy in the rhythm of the water and the thrill of the catch. His beloved dogs, Coach and Chance, were his constant companions, loyal friends who shared in his outdoor pursuits and brought him immeasurable happiness.
Bruce will be remembered for his adventurous spirit, his kindness towards all living creatures, and his ability to find beauty in every corner of nature. His legacy lives on through the memories he created with family, friends, and fellow enthusiasts.
Bruce was the son of Raymond and Hazel Beaurivage. He is survived by his three brothers, Jake Beaurivage (Melissa Mazza) of Colchester, VT, Ron Beaurivage (Denise) of Manchester, NH, and Steven Beaurivage (Traci) of Bedford, NH; niece, Lindsey Belisle (Derek) of Manchester, NH; and nephew Brett Beaurivage (Anna) of Litchfield, NH.
Bruce spent the last eight years with his devoted fiancé Mary Carmen Labrie and their beloved dog, Lola on the shores of Newfound Lake. He will also be deeply missed by Mary Carmen's entire family.
A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated on June 20, 2024 at 10am at Our Lady of Grace Chapel, 2 W Shore Road, in Bristol, NH.
Burial will be private.
