Jamie K. (Orr) Pacheco, 76, of Mattapoisett peacefully passed away on Thursday, June 13, 2024 at Hope Hospice & Palliative Care with her family by her side. She was the wife of John A. Pacheco.
Mrs. Pacheco was born in Greenville, SC daughter of the late James H. Orr and Billie Jeane (Mcabee) Smith and had resided in Westport for most of her life prior to relocating to Mattapoisett. She enjoyed crocheting, boating, painting, traveling and shopping. Her greatest joy was spending time with her family.
Survivors along with her husband include her son: James A. Pacheco and his wife Nina of Westport; 3 daughters: Katherine L. Hebert of Fall River, Kristine M. Weizman and her husband Avi of FL and Rebecca L. Pacheco of Mattapoisett; her brother: James H. Orr, Jr. of FL; her sister: Evelyn Brewington of NC; half brother: Joey Orr of NC; 9 grandchildren; 6 great grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
Memorial service to which relatives and friends are invited will be Sunday, June 23, 2024 at the Potter Funeral Home at 4:00 P.M.
Memorial visitation will be Sunday, June 23, 2024 from 2:00-4:00 P.M., prior to the service.
Interment will be private.
