Obituary

Therese Plouff, 91, formerly of Delawanda Drive died Saturday, June 15th at home surrounded by her caretakers. She leaves a son, Robert Plouff of Worcester; a close friend, Tammy Chase; and her caregivers who were like family. She was predeceased by her husband, Robert J. Plouff.
She was born in Worcester the daughter of George and Laurette (Pothier) LaFontaine. Therese was a devoted mother who cherished every moment she spent with her son. Her love for him was boundless. Her sense of humor was infectious, and she had an extraordinary ability to make everyone around her smile. Laughter was constant in her home, as she believed that joy and humor were essential to a fulfilling life. She had many talents; Therese had a passion for playing the piano. She found solace and joy in the melodies she created, and her music brought comfort to many. Her love for arts and crafts was equally profound, as she spent countless hours creating beautiful pieces that reflected her artistic spirit.
Her visitation is Friday, June 21st from 9:00 until 10:00 a.m. in O’CONNOR BROTHERS FUNERAL HOME, 592 Park Avenue followed by her funeral service at 10:00 a.m. Burial will be in Notre Dame Cemetery.
