Elaine Morrison, 64, of Homestead Street, Smithfield, died Thursday, June 13, 2024 at HopeHealth Hospice Center in Providence with her family by her side.
Born in Providence, she was a daughter of the late Alfred B. and Elizabeth A. (Hague) Wilkes. She had lived on Homestead Street in Smithfield for almost all her life.
Elaine spent most of her career serving customers at The Fire in North Providence and Down City Diner in Providence.
She is survived by her son, David A. Morrison, Jr. of Smithfield and her siblings: Robert Wilkes of Ventura, CA and Kathleen “Kathe” Trainor of Smithfield.
A visitation will be Thursday, June 20th, 4-7pm in the Anderson-Winfield Funeral Home, Rt 44 at Greenville Common, Greenville with a Prayer service at 6:45pm. Burial will be private.
