Obituary

LOWELL—Marcin Michal Moskal, 17 years old, a resident of Lowell, died unexpectedly, Thursday morning at the home of his cousin in Smithtown, NY.

He was born in Poland, on July 27, 1985, a son of Jan and Barbara (Szpila) Moskal, and came to the United States at the age of six. He was a graduate of St. Stanislaus Grammar School, Class of 2000. He received his G.E.D. this year, and planned to attend college in the fall.

Marcin served as an altar boy at the Holy Trinity Polish Church for several years. In May of this year he returned to Poland with his father to visit the place he was born. He also journeyed to Toronto, Canada, for the World Youth Day with the Pope.

He had been employed as a Carpenter since the spring.

Surviving him besides his parents are two sisters: Leokadia Czerwonka, and Zofia Stec; four brothers: Stanislaw Moskal, Wojciech Moskal, Pawel Moskal and Krzysztof Moskal.

Friends may call from 6 to 8 PM on Sunday, August 25th, and 6 to 8 PM on Monday, August 26th, at the MAHONEY FUNERAL HOME, 187 Nesmith Street, (Rte. 38). His Funeral Mass to be offered Tuesday, August 27th, at 10 AM at the HOLY TRINITY POLISH CHURCH, Lowell. Burial in the Holy Trinity Cemetery, Lowell.
